BlipChip Numex
BlipChip Numex is an improved all electronic sequential numbering device for planetary microfilmers. A variety of interchangeable plug-in (mostly 4-digit) LED display modules are available for use on or within the camera copy board. Battery backup is standard. Numex is the preferred add-on and replacement sequential image numbering device. An optional add-on, automated DoJ F & L code display device is also available.

BlipChip Numex Dual
The Dual version includes a second plug-in display module and a Dual Display Adapter Switch (DDA) for selecting the display to be controlled by the Numex Control Module.

BlipChip Numex Jumbo

Jumbo is an interchangeable 4-digit high contrast LED display module with 0.8" digits for use with BlipChip Numex for recording eye-readable sequential numbers.

BlipChip Numex Super 8

Numex Super 8 is BlipChip Numex with an 8-digit, presettable display module. It has the unique capability of displaying reduction ratios from 00.5 to 99.5. The display module can be used as a stand-alone 8-digit version of PC Numex for use with a PC or bar code reader. An optional plug-in numeric keypad will be available for use with or without the BlipChip Numex Control Module. Like PC Numex, the display module is available in four versions for use at any edge of the original. The display is compatible for use with digital scanners and copiers.

BlipChip PC Numex
PC Numex is a compact, 0.5" thick, 16-digit, high contrast, numeric LED display for planetary cameras for image numbering. Many letters are also supported. The data to be recorded on the film is received as serial ASCII from an optional numeric keypad, a laptop, a PC, or an RS-232 bar code reader. Four versions are available to use with any edge of the image. The display is compatible for use with digital scanners as well as on copiers. Digit height is 14mm. Overall line width is 8.375". Power consumption is under 10 watts.

BlipChip Alpha Wand

The Alpha Wand (tm) is a compact, 0.5" thick, 16 character, high contrast alphanumeric LED display for use on planetary camera copy boards, for image lettering using the entire alphabet, 0-9, and much more. Alpha Wand displays serial ASCII strings received from laptops, PCs, and RS-232 bar code readers. Character height is 0.7". Total line width is 9.125". Power consumption is under 10 watts.

BlipChip ScanDex
BlipChip ScanDex is a low cost bar-code reader intended for use on automated microfilm cameras for capturing index data during microfilming. Depending on the application, no special software is needed. ScanDex reads high-resolution bar codes through the DAR2800 copy board glass and on rotary camera automatic document feeders.

BlipChip X10
BlipChip X10 is an alternate to ScanDex and is for use with extended bar codes, up to 5" long. Like ScanDex, X10 is easy to install, has no moving parts, and has no laser to wear out. It is continuous reading.
