EyeCom CopyMaster 2 Book Scanner
The EyeCom CopyMaster 2 Book Scanner is a sophisticated yet easy to use overhead book scanner for copying books and documents the way you read them; face up. And just like the human eye it automatically focuses on the subject. Perfect for walk up use in libraries and other public applications, the Kiosk style software helps users who are not familiar with computers and adds additional computer security. The CopyMaster Book Scanner adjusts automatically to most lighting conditions so the optional attachable lights usually are not required. Other options include book cradles for added support.
The CopyMaster Book Scanner now comes in only one version; the CopyMaster II which includes an integrated PC and monitor (see left photo). The CopyMaster 1 has been replaced by the FlexScan Book Scanner.
The optional CopyMaster Book Scanner Book Cradle has been designed to gently present a flat image to the book scanner's camera. Books are placed by the operator on a soft sponge base or alternatively on the optional self adjusting balanced cradle. The unique design of the pivoted glass lid allows the operator to softly compress the book with minimum pressure. The book scanner cradle may be supplied as an integrated option on the CopyMaster Book Scanner or alternatively as a standalone system for integration to most camera stands. The CopyMaster Book Scanner with book cradle is shown below.
